Right of withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal under Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. When you can withdraw

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your business or professional activity), you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to withdraw

An explicit declaration sent within the deadline is sufficient: email info@ekosacoustic.it or post to EKOS Acoustic, Residence Apollo 1 — 06135 Perugia (PG), Italy. You may use the model form in section 6. The date on which the notice is sent is decisive.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying the withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days, intact, complete with all accessories and, where possible, in the original packaging. Return costs are borne by you. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used and with no additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have returned them.

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: goods made to measure or personalised; sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g. hygiene items); goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items. It does not apply to purchases made by non-consumers (e.g. resellers).
